Before placing your order, please be aware of the pre-requisites for successful delivery completion:

• All pre-packed nets and bulk bags are delivered on pallets by vehicles with tail-lift off load.

• Safe access is therefore required to unloading points which must have suitable firm and flat surfaces.

• Deliveries are kerbside but where possible the delivery driver will leave the delivery where requested.

• It is at the delivery driver’s discretion whether or not these circumstances and conditions are deemed to be safe and suitable for any delivery to be completed.

• We do not accept any liability for the consequences resulting from the positioning of pallets by the delivery driver.
